Hogwarts: Who made her a professor?

Chapter 218 Social Death

Chapter 218 Social Death

Chapter 218 Social Death

However, the spell that Belvina fired missed Snape.

Snape turned around, his black robes billowing in the wind, and then he waved his wand once more, as if the air in the room had been torn apart.

An extremely sharp, invisible blade arrived in an instant. Belvina raised her silver kite-shaped shield to block it, but the enormous force made her arm go numb and almost caused her to drop the kite-shaped shield.

Almost simultaneously, another red light emerged from behind the kite shield. Snape dared not take it head-on and dodged again. Belvina, holding her shield, approached step by step. Snape's spell left dents of varying depths on the kite shield, and the Black family crest was completely disfigured.

However, Belvina spoke in a relaxed and casual tone, as if she were joking with someone.

"Foolish, Severus, are you sure you've never worked as a troll security guard before?" Belvina said. "Arrogant, Severus, you probably wouldn't even be fit to be a troll security guard."

As he spoke, a dazzling silver light shot out, heading straight for Snape's face.

Snape frantically waved his wand, trying to catch the incoming, silver-glowing spell head-on.

Although he managed to deflect the spell, the silvery spell bounced off the wall and struck Snape again.

"Your spells aren't as venomous as your mouth, Black!" Snape said coldly, his black robes billowing.

They barely escaped the silvery curse.

A spell shimmering with silver light flew out of the room through a large hole in the rough stone wall, along with a large piece of black cloth. The spell exploded high in the air, and the black cloth instantly burned to ashes.

"You stubbornly believe that Remus and I were inside agents, and that Sirius was able to infiltrate the castle with our help," Belvina chuckled. "In fact, Remus and I did nothing, and we never helped Sirius."

As she spoke, Belvina advanced with her shield raised. She continued, "Although I hate you, I've always thought you were a smart man. It's truly disappointing that you're a puppet manipulated by prejudice and hatred."

"Shut up!" Snape roared, his hands still moving, casting spells one after another at the incessantly splashing Belvina.

"Open your eyes! Stop deceiving yourself!" Belvina shouted, her voice booming so loudly that it shook the years of accumulated dust in the room.

In the room in the West Tower where Sirius was temporarily imprisoned, the light of the spell kept flashing. The calm and collected Belvina held a firm advantage, while the crazed Snape suffered repeated defeats and gained no advantage whatsoever.

Sirius Black clutched his head, curled up in the chair, as spells flew past him one after another, making his scalp tingle and his black hair stand on end.

The elite Aorod Warrior pressed his body against the rough stone wall. He desperately wanted to stop the two professors' insider dealings, but found that he couldn't get involved at all.

Meanwhile, in the narrow corridor outside the room, Lupin and Felix stood together, protecting Harry and his two companions from accidentally harming the third-year students with the spell.

Harry cautiously peered through the doorway, his eyes glued to the scene inside where Belvina and Snape were exchanging wands, the scarred boy utterly astonished.

Suddenly, Harry remembered his boastful words from his first year of high school. He had actually tried to stop Snape from stealing the Philosopher's Stone. Back then, he was truly ignorant of his own limitations!

Ron and Hermione, who had stubbornly insisted on coming along, were so surprised that they were speechless and even forgot to breathe for a moment, feeling a tightness in their chests.

The struggle inside the room continued. Snape, who had long been in disarray, gradually became overwhelmed, having no strength left to fight back and unable to think of a way to escape his predicament.

In contrast, Belvina, the calm and collected witch, had victory firmly in her grasp, and the spells she cast with her wand grew stronger with each strike.

It grazed Snape's body several times, threatening to knock down the blood-red Potions Professor at any moment.

The outcome was already clear, but Snape, driven by hatred, was unwilling to admit defeat. How could someone so muddled-headed be a match for Belvina?

If it weren't for the fact that they were both Hogwarts teachers, and if it were a life-or-death struggle, the irrational Snape would have been dead long ago.

Just when everyone thought the dust was about to settle and the infighting between the professors was about to end, Snape suddenly leaped high into the air. The height he reached was beyond what a good jumper could achieve; he flew up like a bat.

Snape leaped into the air and thrust his wand straight out. The spell he unleashed was so powerful that even Harry, who was hiding outside the room, was so frightened that he stumbled backward, his skin crawling with goosebumps.

However, Belvina lightly touched the ground with her feet, her skirt fluttering gently, and the powerful spell immediately missed its mark.

Immediately afterward, Belvina lunged forward, raised her knee and leg, her boot flashing a bright light as she lifted it high. Just as Snape was about to land, Belvina slammed her raised foot down heavily on the ground, as if she were about to crush someone's toes.

In an instant, everyone inside and outside the room felt the earth shaking violently, as if a small earthquake had just occurred in the West Tower.

Snape, who had just landed on the ground, flailed his arms wildly and swayed unsteadily, unable to even stand. The shockwaves from the ground rose like surging waves, and Snape quickly lost his balance and fell backward.

Snape vaguely heard Belvina whisper, "Didn't anyone tell you not to leap?"

Before he could finish speaking, Snape suddenly felt a sharp pain and realized that he had been struck by a spell.

Belvina's Repelling Charm struck Snape squarely in the chest, and the poor Potions Professor flew out of the West Tower through a hole in the stone wall.

Given the height of the West Tower, if Snape were to fall from there, he would basically be covered in a white sheet and the entire school, young and old, would be served up.

But Snape was a wizard, and a powerful one at that; he would never end his life by falling from a building, even if he were to die.

Perhaps it was the cold wind outside that woke Snape, or perhaps it was his reason returning after his defeat, but Snape's black robes suddenly swelled up, the robes stretched by magic like black balloons.

Aunt Severus Maggie's Hogwarts Limited Edition Snape makes a dazzling appearance.

At the same time, Belvina waved her wand, and a thin rope shot out from the tip, instantly binding Snape as he flew out of the West Tower.

Then, Belvina pulled her wand backward, and Snape was dragged back to the West Tower. Snape, bloated like a balloon, crashed into the rough wall.

Then Snape bounced twice between the floor and the ceiling, like a child bouncing a ball.

puff!

Sirius, with his hands covering his head, couldn't help but burst into laughter, and even the usually stern Dexter couldn't help but smile.

His bulging black robes deflated quickly like a punctured balloon, and Snape lay on his back on the cold floor, his eyes lifeless, like a soulless, broken puppet.

A person can die, but society cannot die.

Belvina glanced at Sirius, who was laughing wildly, and the vicious Azkaban criminal immediately stopped laughing, becoming as docile as a freshman.

"Are you awake now? Can you open your eyes?" Belvina walked over to Snape and said softly, "If you want to keep pretending to be asleep, I'll take you off again."

Having just experienced social death, Snape was silent, his eyes vacant, as if the person lying on the floor was merely a soulless shell.

"I'm asking you a question, don't play dead." Belvina stretched out her foot and kicked Snape's forearm. "I'm asking you, are you out of your mind? If you're not happy, stand up and fight me again!"

Sirius couldn't help but laugh again; seeing Snape eat was truly a delightful experience.

Lupin walked in from outside the room and said gently, "Belvina, let's repair the West Tower first. It wouldn't be good if someone saw it."

As he spoke, Lupin took out his wand, and Dolicho and Felix followed suit.

The three people who took out their wands stood back to back. Two of them were tall and thin, while the other was strong. The three of them waved their wands at their own rhythms.

Pieces of glass flew back to the west tower, returning intact to the windows; the blasted stone walls automatically repaired themselves, and the cold wind from outside no longer howled into the tower; the mangled doors were restored to their original state in mid-air, then suddenly jumped back to the door frame.

That's the magic of magic; the room, which had just been the site of a duel, was restored to its original state, and even the dirty glass became bright again.

"John, Felix, you two go out and guard the door," Belvina said. "Harry, come in, okay?"

Hermione and Ron, you two come in too.

As soon as he finished speaking, Harry eagerly stepped across the threshold, his emerald green eyes fixed on Sirius. Ron and Hermione followed behind, bewildered, still in shock at the news of the school professors' appointment.

Felix walked out of the room without emphasizing his supposed duties; everything Belvina said was the highest order he had received.

Delilah, who had been slacking off the entire time, opened his mouth as if he wanted to say something, but in the end he lowered his head and walked out to guard the door with Felix.

"Severus, you can stay or you can leave," Belvina continued. "If you choose to stay, please keep your mouth shut, don't interrupt, and don't make any comments."

Snape, lying on the cold floor, snorted coldly. The Potions Professor, blinded by hatred, finally came to his senses and was subjected to a beating that could have been avoided.

Now that things have come to this, Snape finally understands that Dumbledore wasn't just letting Belvina run wild at school; they had planned it all along, and Sirius Black's arrest by the Ministry of Magic was probably part of that plan.

Snape got up from the ground—Lupin reached out to help him up, but Snape ignored him—Snape leaned against the wall, sat on the ground, his black pupils still full of hatred.

"Alright, you can begin now," Belvina said. "Pfft, the godfather and godson recognizing each other, what a melodramatic scene."

As she spoke, Belvina waved her wand, and five ornate armchairs appeared out of thin air in the room, one for each person except Snape.

"Hurry up, how long are you two going to stare at each other?" Belvina said, crossing her legs again, looking completely relaxed, as if she were waiting for a movie to start.

"How about I go first?" Lupin said. "Starting from the beginning might help Harry understand the whole story better."

Lupin's story is long, it begins with the day he became a werewolf.
