Hogwarts: Who made her a professor?

Chapter 157 Difficulty in Making Choices

Chapter 157 Difficulty in Making Choices

Chapter 157 Difficulty in Making Choices

Harry Potter was an extraordinary teenager in many ways.

He has a lightning bolt-shaped scar on his forehead, he can talk to snakes, and he happens to be a wizard.

Just ten minutes ago, his anger caused that gossipy, fat in-law to swell into a ball of flesh, and the wicked person was punished.

Now, he was dragging a heavy suitcase, walking alone on a dark, quiet street, his heart pounding and his mouth dry with surging anger.

After dragging his suitcase through several blocks, Harry, still burning with anger, gradually felt exhausted. He sat down against a low wall, panting, and began to think about what to do next.

It's okay not to think about it; the more you think about it, the more scared you become.

Harry suddenly realized that he had once again seriously violated the Act on Reasonable Restraint of Underage Wizards. Was he going to be arrested by the Ministry of Magic? Would he be expelled from Hogwarts?

Anger was replaced by panic and tension; Harry, at a loss, rubbed his head and touched his ears.

His heart was heavy at that moment.

Amidst his unease and anxiety, Harry began to miss his two best friends who were far away in a foreign land, wishing Hermione and Ron could be by his side.

Hermione is so smart, she'll definitely find a way to solve this predicament. Ron Ron will definitely be on her side.

"Stay steadfastly by my side," Harry thought to himself.

But Ron and Hermione are currently abroad, one in Egypt and the other in France, so they can't help each other in the short term.

Shaking, Harry looked around, checking Magnolia Crescent for any unusual activity. He was afraid that someone from the Ministry of Magic would suddenly appear, and he worried that he would be expelled from wizarding society.

If Harry Potter is expelled from wizarding society, where can he go? Will he be trapped in the Dursleys' house forever?

Harry shook his head violently. He didn't want to stay on Privet Drive any longer. He had to leave, and leave as quickly as possible—a sudden thought struck him!

Harry had a solution. He decided to fly to London on his broomstick, find a place to stay, and then contact Ron and Hermione. He could also try to contact Dumbledore!

Harry's little mind had barely grasped this thought when his hands had already opened the suitcase, and he immediately pulled out the Invisibility Cloak he had inherited from his father.

Just then, Harry suddenly realized that something was wrong. He felt as if he had been shrouded in shadow, as if someone was standing a few feet above him, looking down at him!

Unable to breathe, unable to move, covered in cold sweat, my heart pounding as if it would jump out of my throat.

Panic and anxiety continue to grip the boy who has just turned thirteen.

Harry imagined his next fate in great detail, imagining himself being imprisoned, perhaps next to Gilderoy Lockhart, without light, forever plunged into darkness, and forced to live on dry bread.

"You'd better repack your suitcase, Mr. Potter. And by the way, don't leave underwear out in the open."

"Professor Blake!"

Harry looked up abruptly, his panic and unease vanishing instantly. Seeing the familiar figure on the low wall, he felt a glimmer of hope.

Belvina was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt dress, one hand in her long dress pocket and the other holding a pair of black high heels, barefoot on the low wall of Magnolia Crescent Street.

She said casually, "The two members of the Accidental Events Reversal Department have gone to find Fat Dursley. She'll be back down from the sky soon, and her memories will be altered so she won't have any recollection of this incident."

"Professor, how will the Ministry of Magic punish me? I've broken the law," Harry said anxiously. "I was warned once last summer, and then this year I—"

If the vicious and sarcastic Maggie Dursley only insulted Harry, he could tolerate it; even if it was just to get Vernon Dursley's autograph, Harry would force himself to endure it.

However, how could the children of the Potters tolerate Maggie Dursley's blatant insults?

Inflating Maggie Dursley is nothing compared to Harry's kindness in not using the Crucifixion Charm to wash her face; it just shows that Harry is a kind-hearted man who doesn't hold grudges.

What? Harry doesn't even know what the Unforgivable Curse is? Well—never mind.

Belvina, standing on the low wall, smiled and continued, "Normally, the Ministry of Magic wouldn't send a student to prison for such a trivial matter, and Lockhart doesn't need your company."

“But Professor, last year I received a formal warning from the Ministry of Magic because Dobby used magic on Privet Drive,” Harry said, frowning. “Dobby is the house-elf I mentioned earlier.”

"That's because you're the only registered wizard near Privet Drive, Harry," Belvina said patiently. "And since you happen to be a minor wizard, the magic Dobby used was attributed to you."

Harry scratched his head awkwardly; he roughly understood, but not entirely. "You just need to remember one thing," Belvina continued, "except in certain special circumstances, underage wizards are strictly prohibited from casting spells outside of school."

Harry nodded, taking note of Belvina's instructions, but the question he asked next almost made Belvina fall headfirst off the low wall.

"How will the Ministry of Magic punish me this time? Will Hogwarts expel me?" Harry asked worriedly. "If the school expels me, can I not go back to Privet Drive?"

"Neither the Ministry of Magic nor Hogwarts will punish you. You won't be expelled. You'll probably be back on Privet Drive next summer," Belvina said helplessly. "If there are no more problems, can you start packing your suitcase now?"

Harry suddenly remembered Professor Black's first words that evening, and the thirteen-year-old boy immediately blushed and hurriedly tidied up his unfolded suitcase.

After Harry finished packing his suitcase, Belvina took her wand out of her pocket and casually pointed to the seemingly large and heavy suitcase, which instantly became as light as a feather.

"Let's talk as we walk," Belvina said, "unless you don't want to leave Little Huijin."

After saying that, Belvina continued walking forward on the low wall, sometimes with her hands behind her back, and sometimes with her arms outstretched to maintain her balance.

Harry, who had caused the trouble, followed behind carrying his lighter suitcase. The teacher and student were on the low wall, one on the wall and the other below. "Professor Black, what are you doing here?" Harry suddenly asked. He had been so preoccupied with the Ministry of Magic's punishment that he had subconsciously ignored the question.

Belvina, who had her arms outstretched for balance, thought for a moment and casually said, "A thirteen-year-old boy ran away in a huff, and Professor Dumbledore was worried, so he sent me to check on him. Coincidentally, the minister also asked me to help find him, so I came."

"So where do we go next?" Harry asked. "I was thinking of flying to London and staying at the Leaky Cauldron first."

"Where you stay for the rest of the summer holidays is your business, Harry," Belvina said. "But I can offer you some additional options, want to hear them?"

Harry nodded again; he couldn't think of anywhere else besides the Leaky Cauldron.

"You can stay at the Leaky Cauldron and enjoy your summer vacation however you like," Belvina said. "You can also come with me, and I'll provide you with accommodation."

Harry stood silently beneath the low wall, unsure of what to do.

After learning that he wouldn't be punished by the Ministry of Magic, Harry's ambitions grew. Living in the Leaky Cauldron would give him unprecedented freedom.

However, Harry felt guilty towards Professor Black's kindness. Professor Black had come all the way to find him, and not only did he not blame him, he also offered him a place to stay. Harry really couldn't bear to refuse.

Belvina said nonchalantly, "Don't worry, we won't live together. The thought of having to share a roof with teachers during summer vacation is enough to make me shudder."

With that, Belvina nimbly leaped down the low wall, put on her high heels, and continued walking forward.

Harry was still torn, torn between the freedom he longed for and Professor Black's good intentions. He truly didn't know how to choose.

"The second option," Belvina held up two fingers, "is that you can choose your mode of transportation next? I'll Apparate with you, or you can take the wizard's public transport, the Knight Bus."

Before Harry could even figure out the first multiple-choice question, the second one was thrown at him, leaving him completely bewildered.

What should we do?!
